He appears to be opening his mouth, and just a reminder, we can't hear what's going on in the cockpit, but I assume he's screaming or perhaps shouting something. It would be interesting to know what that is—what, if anything, he's screaming, or if it's just an emotional reaction of some kind. It could be fear, or pain, or—anger, I suppose. Or all three.
Just a reminder to viewers, those flames are getting closer. The lower part of the module is in fact engulfed in flames, on fire. So I would say it's pretty hot inside there. That's why he's getting some discomfort.
