Loser's Guide to Life
Shouldn't We Just Stop All This Internet Stuff?
Maybe it's time to leave off all this weblogging and site-building, take a breather, and sit back to consider the merits and demerits of all these "http"s and what-have-you.
Sure, it's a lot of fun. But for every crucial bit of information out there which you could not find any other way there must be a dozen boring and repetitive sites that are just taking up space. Many of them are not reliable and are put out by unauthorized individuals who can't spell! I'm told there's even some plagiarism going on. That can't be good.
Some peoplenot many, but someare said to be somehow distributing music files for which they haven't paid, or something. I keep reading aticles about the growing problem of these musical pirates, boarding other people's ships, killing their crew and stealing their mp3s. Then they make sail for some deserted island where they bury whole chests full of hiphop, ska, technopop and all kinds, to be recovered later. It's a great shame.
