The Poorman finds it incredible that a recent hire at the Washington Post should, among other strange defects, be a great fan of the movie Red Dawn. (And here is The Editors' previous note about another supposedly serious pundit's enthusiasm for the bad movie, still worth a read.)
Red Dawn is more painful, in its own way, than the worst of Steven Segal, because even the action sequences are idiotic and boring. (Vide infra).
