TV Time 

Of all the TV shows on at this time, the postprandial hour, roughly half are about cops going after villains and the other half are about people fixing up their old house.

So what is wanted, obviously, is a show about some cops who come and help people fix up their house. They're removing some badly-stained drywall (to make room for a lovely breakfast nook) when they discover a human torso!
