Somebody was talking about the reptilian brain the other day, alluding to the capacity of humans for rapacious, unreflecting behaviour. They mean the way people treat each other in business and politics.
But if you're talking about sexual relationships, then I think you need to consider it largely the realm of the insect brain. Compared to insects, reptiles are academicians.
