After a year of providing enormous quantities of German texts, art and much else, Zeno.org is in a financial bind and is looking for ways to continue its work—the usual story.
Questions about monthly subscriptions and so on are discussed in comments, with a lot of people saying they use the site so rarely that it would hardly make sense.
That is the big problem, isn't it? A truly useful site might have a hundred thousand regulars who, individually, only pop in once in a great while, even though they all value it highly.
